I've been a member here for quite some time and would like to contribute by giving back to the community.
I have been doing commercial vinyl decal printing out of my home for the past 5 years and thought it would be fun to help some of the members here to complete a project (even if you are working with a limited budget). I use a Roland printer with solvent inks on Orajet RapidAir (no air bubbles) vinyl. Everything is of commercial grade and quality. The size of the project (small or large) is of no concern as I can print just about any size or quantity.
If you would like to get a quick quote please feel free to post here or send me a PM and I will get back to you within 24 hours (often the same day). If you reside in Illinois I am located in St. Charles and would be happy to offer a local pick up to save on shipping or to help you to meet a deadline.
There are some very respectful vinyl printers in this community and I would also like to offer my services if needed!

I do use a textured polycarbonate laminate (upon request) for those that are looking for extra protection for a CPO, bartop side art, etc. I can laminate anything that I print but I don't offer laminating services on any vinyl or materials that I did NOT print. Not sure if that helps?

Cool. Yeah, I meant as in if you printed a cpo can you laminate with the textured poly. Sorry for the confusion.

No apologies necessary as I thought that is what you were asking. Absolutely I can do that for you. I personally recommend using the laminate every time on a control panel unless it's sitting under plexi of some sort.

Square foot pricing may range slightly but in most cases it would be around $5 - $6 per square foot. The only extra costs involved (other than shipping) would be if custom design work or editing had to be done on your art file before printing. If you have a printable image (high res jpeg, eps, vector, pdf, ai, etc.) then there should be no additional costs involved.

That would be a valid question for getting the print to match the desired pantone color.

I'm over in NW Indiana and getting close (no really, I am!) to needing some side art printed. Will keep you in mind when the time comes. What part of the city are you in, generally, and would you offer local pick up? (it is like a 45 min drive for me, so not sure if it is worth it in my case).

When attention to color matching is extremely important I have a printed Roland color chart that I can use as reference. I can also send out smaller versions of this chart so that customers can find the best color match and by giving me the swatch number from the chart it's a guaranteed match since my printer not only will be printing the decal but also printed the chart. ;)
I am located about an hour west of Chicago in St. Charles. I don't mind local pick up at all as long as you don't mind picking up from my personal residence. That being said I also use USPS Priority or FedEx Ground / Home delivery.

No don't get Jennifer wrong Stp, I imagine your color is spot on, Im referring to the "stuipid" question as to where most better printers are cmyk for that reason.

Are you able to do a print, then attach it/laminate it/adhere it to the backside of the plexi so it looks like a real bezel?

If it's going UNDER the plexi you wouldn't necessarily need a laminate. The laminate could be useful if applied to the top side but that's personal preference. If you are local I could help you with the plexi application. Send me a PM and I will help you to the best of my ability.

I'm in Phoenix.
Basically, I'd like to make my bezels like so: A sheet of plexi, with the printed bezel attached directly to the backside of the plexi so it's all one piece. That way, I don't have to sandwich the art between two pieces of plexi, I don't have to mount the artwork to foamboard, anything like that. To me, that would be idea.
I'd like something that looked like jdbailey's marquee here - on his, I'm sure the art has been printed directly on the plexi, but that's the look I'm going for.

You would need to get your art reverse printed on clear vinyl and then backed with white vinyl (most color printers do not print white which is why you would use white vinyl as the background to fill in those areas that should be white). Now when you apply the clear vinyl with white background to the underside of your plexi it will display correctly (not in a reversed orientation). You could also back the clear vinyl with a piece of white poster board if it was easier.

Most of the work I do is contour cut so the answer to your question is, "yes".

you have the sticker type material that wraps around the cabinet then I can install tmolding?
check this picture and see if you can tell. I got this from mamemarquees.com I can't remember exactly what the material actually is.

Yep, it's adhesive backed commercial grade vinyl. Regarding side art I do a contour cut (cuts the final print work in the shape of the cabinet side) with some extra slack along the perimeter so that once applied it will wrap around the edge and will be tucked under the t-molding.

stpcore printed my Vinyl graphics and CPO with Laminate overlay and MAN THEY ARE AWESOME!!! I thought my arcade was cool before but once I put on these graphics it went to a whole new level. If you are looking to set your arcade apart from everyone else reach out to him!! Attached here are pictures of the final product, you be the judge.

Hi, I am almost done with my 1st bartop cabinet and am looking for a place to print my side art that I created in illustrator. Are you still doing this?
