anyone had this
it wont got out of test mode if you add a cart you get the garbled bit u usually get before the neo geo start but it goes straight to test mode again...
i swapped the bios round so its not that.....
carts are ok aswell tested in another 1 slot
also dip 1 is off aswelll......
any one had this?

I would start with cleaning the contacts on the game, and if that doesn't work, then the contacts on the board.

I've had this problem, the black plastic cart guide was not making the proper connection from the pcb to the cart.Try putting the cart in and push the black cart guide back towards the main pcb and hold it, hopefully the game will boot and then you know what the problem is.
Worked for me anyway.

And if that doesn't work, then I'm afraid you're going to have to ship the Neo Geo motherboard off to a repair facility.
