Title: Replacement os bulbs ds1 and ds2 on rowe R-83 125 watt amplifer

Hello everyone.
Need replacement of ds1 and ds2 bulbs on the pre-amp board of a Rowe 125 watt amp.
is it ok to sub a 270 ohm resistor or not????

I prefer to replace the lamps rather than fitting resistors.

where can i get the ds1 and ds2 bulbs?
what are they what do they do?
does anyone have the schematic?
i have an AMI R84
