I'm just curious, I have a potential future project in my head and I'm wondering what it might cost. I'm kind of tired of cutting my projects myself and getting less than accurate cuts because I am after all human... If I wanted a bartop, same approximate size and the same amount of pieces as a normal bartop, just with a different side profile how much would it cost me approximately to have it cut in a CNC shop.
I'm figuring there's material cost, then cutting cost and then shipping to my location (USA) if I didn't get it done locally.
Thanks

Ask Haruman

How many players and what size monitor?
Also what material?
I can give you a pretty good quote based on that info.

1 player, no button holes needed. Probably MDF. And probably a 17"-20" monitor.
-
Anything else needed or just the MDF?
-
I'm not sure what you mean, like plexi for the monitor or something? Probably just the MDF.
-
Yeah like plexi / t-molding etc. If it's just the MDF probably could do $150 shipped, as long as you aren't in Hawaii or Alaska.
-
Wow, that's very reasonable. Okay thanks for your time. I may contact you sometime in the future about this. By the way would I need to design it in something like Sketchup or would it need to be CAD file or something?
-
CAD (dwg or dfx) works best for me.

Nice, thanks again for the time and I may contact you about this once I have a finalized plan. Thanks :)
