I've got original Street Fighter II CE - CPS1 hardware that I'm using to build a specialty designed cabinet. Thing is, my coin door only has one slot. Ideally, I'd like it to accept $1 and get two credits to be used by either in single or multiplayer.
I haven't hooked up SF2 to test out yet, but does anyone know if there's a software setting or some hack around way (if necessary) to have two player play with a single coin slot? I will have player 1 and player 2 select buttons.
Thank you,

PS.
Hi, new user here. First post. I'll make sure to post my project progress as I go. Its going to be a unique one. 10 days ago I knew absolutely nothing about MAME hardware. Now I still know basically nothing but have a stack of various boards, buttons, and JAMMA cables from eBay.

I believe that the coin slots don't match up to each player. It's just a collective pool of credits when money is added. It isn't like a 4 player Gauntlet.

Could have tested this in MAME, bro....
Anyway, SF2 works fine with a single coin slot.
