Couldn't find this info anywhere so...
I used Gimp to create some CPOs for the icade cabinet. The size that worked for me is 750x1500. I just sent two off to the printer. the red icade graphics are probably final. Pengo isn't - it's just a test run. Will post pics once I have them tomorrow. Full size images are here:

Got the art back today. $1.32 for all 3. The Pengo isn't bad actually - still not the final art, but looks promising. The colors on the red icade don't quite match - the red needs to be lighter and the blue needs to be darker. Fixable. Here are some pics.

On second look - I think I may just get rid of the black stripes on the icade CPO and just leave the starbursts on the end.

Update - fixed the art. Blue is darker, red is lighter. I had it printed at office depot for $0.52 and put it on. The top isn't fully attached yet - this is to see what it looks like. I'm VERY happy with this. WAY cheaper than getting full art all over and it looks pretty good (IMHO). if anyone wants/needs the file, I can provide them. I also attached a pic without the CPO for comparison
