Greetings! New forum member here.
So I scored a Sony BVM-1410P and I would like to plug it to a computer that I currently use as a server.
I've ordered an Arcadevga card on amazon for the sake of simplicity, but yesterday the order was canceled by the vendor, saying it was an error and the card is out of stock.
I'm not sure now what is the best option now for achieving the original goal.

Atom-15 is entirely optional - use can it to replace 31khz BIOS startup screens with 15khz. Get CRT_emudriver working first, this is more important.
Better to ask about CRT_emudriver and Atom-15 and Groovymame (you should try it!) on the Groovymame part of these forums.
Also, will this cable be compatible?
It is... for a monitor with RGBHV inputs via BNC cable. Is that what you have? Maybe put up a photo of the inputs area (usually at the back).

The BVM-1410P will take RGBS via BNC. crt_emudriver beta13 and up can output composite sync (S) over the pin normally used for h-sync, so you should be able to use that cable with the v-sync plug left over.

It has double sync inputs, not sure why ???

Looks like it's just for the output board. It's for connecting a vectorscope:

Those aren't technically double sync inputs, or double inputs for anything else. In each case one is for input, the other is passthrough output; generally top and bottom, respectively. Sometimes with PVMs/BVMs if you look at the schematics you could actually connect two sources, one to the input and one to the output, but you can only ever have one of them powered up at once. But this skips the video termination required.
Your BVM requires 75R termination on each signal line output (if you're using that input) or the image will be too bright and have ghosting blurring it. Get a pack of ten cheap 75ohm BNC terminators from eBay, that way you'll definitely get four that fit easily. Or daisy-chain to a PVM that auto-terminates or something :)
