Good docu.
I would like to make one suggestion which I think goes for all the ones Ive seen thus far.
Turn your microphone volume up.
It is much lower than the clips you put in. In fact I have to turn up the volume a bit so I can understand better what you are saying.
Then when you throw in one of those teaser clips, the sound jumps up loud.
It could be on my system, has anyone else noticed this?
Otherwise I think you are doing a great job here, helping to preserve arcade game history for future generations.
I enjoy watching them.

Okay, I didn't notice that the volume was so low. I'll do a better job it maintaining the volume across all levels. Thanks for the kind words, I'm glad you're enjoying the

Start a thread called "panmanqc's arcade documentaries" Post updates in that thread.
Its what Murte did with his channel : http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,140749.msg1457865.html#msg1457865 (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,140749.msg1457865.html#msg1457865)

You might want to use a compressor or limiter on the audio, post-production.
I think those certain console ports used vector rendering. By sit-down you mean cocktail, which I have not heard of, nor does KLOV list. I don't see any mounting for a yoke on those cabinets. Are you sure about that?

He meant the SW cockpit cab.
The cocktail cabs shown at 3:56 (matching pic here (https://arcadeblogger.com/2016/05/13/arcade-factory/)) are the UK Streets (http://www.robotron2084guidebook.com/defender/history/) version of Defender.

Okay, thanks for the tip on the audio.
I never knew those as sitdown's, only as cocktail units.

Nobody in the history of ever called a cockpit Star Wars a cocktail. That is the problem I have with videos like this. Do some basic freakin' research and at least know more about the subject than an average arcade fan.

He didn't call it a cocktail... He called it a sitdown unit. Mr Peabody thought he meant cocktail, which the OP said the picture that PL1 posted was a cocktail not a sitdown which he is correct... it's all very confusing. :dizzy:
Regardless, the OP is doing an okay job. Just keep it in one thread like Malenko said. It keeps it organized and if people want to check in on new videos all they have to do is check on the thread.

I never said Star Wars was a cocktail. I was referring to the ones that you put your drinks on while you are playing your game thus they are called cocktails
Why don't you reread what I said before you freak out?

Thank you, I'll keep everything in one thread from now on

Apologies for the misunderstanding. When you talked about sit-down Star Wars cabs you showed a completely unrelated picture of cocktail cabinets from a different game.

Then you said this. I glommed together someone else's comments with yours in my head. Again I apologize for putting words in your mouth.

Yeah, it does look like a Defender layout. Wasn't sure. So, why was it included?
I don't remember seeing that 2600 commercial. That hair.....it looks like Carey was stuck for five years in a basement with Soul Train on TV and pomade in the bathroom.
