Title: Posts waiting approval. Where do I go to approve them?

I get emails about posts waiting for approval.
Usually PL1 beats me to the punch (which is fine by me).
I am yet to approve any.

Just got another one and I figured it was time to learn, but I cannot find where I'm supposed to go to approve the post.
This one was for a new post in the the Hacking Outrun 2006 thread.

The first link in the email takes me to the last page of the thread, but I do not see anything but the last (old) post.
The other link in the email just takes me to the forum indes.
I do not see any related stuff when I click the moderate button.

Is this a global moderator only power?
