Title: Ond's metropolis wikification

I've contacted Ond with the idea to condense the Metropolis build into one wiki page. He liked the idea so I started working on the wiki page. My goal is twofold: first to have the excellent guide available as a single step-by-step instruction page. Second to have other wiki topics link to this build to see build related topics "hands on".

Any input is welcomed ofcourse!

I'm glad I just did a search for Metropolis - this is going to save me a bunch of time, as I'm just starting to put mine together!
