Where are you guys finding router bits to cut your t molding slots? I bought a small router at home Depot and they didn't have a 1/16th slot cutter so I bought one online. When it showed up a week later it didn't have an arbor or anything for me to actually put it in the router. I went back to home Depot to see if they had any and they looked at me like I was crazy and said they had never seen a router bit like that before and didn't understand how it would even work. I showed the guy a video of someone cutting a t molding slot on YouTube and again the guy said he didn't understand how it would work. Now I have a 4 winged slot cutting bit with no way to put it into my router (1/4 inch Chuck) and no way of cutting my slots. I kind of feel like I'm going crazy. Can anyone help a wood working noob?

Most of the places that sell T-molding also sell the router arbors and blades that you can use for their T-molding specs - ie.
https://www.t-molding.com/installation-tools.html (https://www.t-molding.com/installation-tools.html)
Carries a few different size 3-wing cutters and also the 1/4" shank arbor that they fit on ( https://www.t-molding.com/whiteside-arbor-a200b.html (https://www.t-molding.com/whiteside-arbor-a200b.html) )
Also Home Depot carries them if you have a 1/2" shank router for store pick up - Link for the Arbor - https://www.homedepot.com/p/Diablo-1-2-in-Slotting-Cutter-Arbors-DR60100/204073458?MERCH=REC-_-SearchPLPHorizontal1_rr-_-NA-_-204073458-_-N (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Diablo-1-2-in-Slotting-Cutter-Arbors-DR60100/204073458?MERCH=REC-_-SearchPLPHorizontal1_rr-_-NA-_-204073458-_-N)
And for the 1/16" tri wing - https://www.homedepot.com/p/Diablo-1-16-in-Slotting-Cutter-DR56100/204073546?MERCH=REC-_-PIPHorizontal1_rr-_-204073458-_-204073546-_-N (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Diablo-1-16-in-Slotting-Cutter-DR56100/204073546?MERCH=REC-_-PIPHorizontal1_rr-_-204073458-_-204073546-_-N)

I bought mine from here:

Think you'll need the "Set #318 for 1/4" shank"
Used a friends 1/4" Rigid router.

Great, thank you guys. When I was at home depot I literally showed the guy a video of someone putting in t molding and asked him what I need to buy for my router. I showed him the bit I had and he said "That will never work. I don't even understand how that would cut something". He said all this AFTER I showed him the video of someone doing it. Hopefully with the links you guys provided I will be able to make some progress :D
