What is jamma? I think I've figured out MAME, but what is jamma?

JAMMA is a wiring standard. JAMMA itself is an acronym: "Japanese Arcade Machine Manufacturers Association"

no, but I've seen stuff relating to jamma posted all over these boards.

its similer to how PCI is for computers or AGP.....its just a set standard for arcade wiring
