Title: New version of JFront!
Post by: Lilwolf on September 26, 2003, 12:37:33 pm
Need a java based frontend?

Looking for an open source frontend to add all your own needs?  Or just to make you feel all gushy inside...

Sick of having multiple control panels and trying to keep mame configured for more then one?

Want a skinnable frontend with almost all the features of all the others!

Looking for something easy to configure... and (should) run within minutes...

Looking for something that can help you configure your controls to 95% of all mame games in about 5 minutes!

Want to try something new... just to say you did?

There is so many things changed... its hard to tell where to start.

Mainly a lot of cleanup, speedups, little fixes...

Skins available for many resolutions...  Take a look!

NOTE:  Requires jdk1.4+  from java.sun.com (http://java.sun.com)

Look at the readme file..

NOTE 2:  Could I talk someone who is using Linux and Mac to test this out.  I haven't used it on Linux in a version or two (but it used to work) or on Mac.  I would like to know if there are any issues.  It shouldn't... but you never know.  ::)
