Title: icade cabinet scans uploaded

I'm in the middle of converting two icade cabinets and my sister is doing some custom graphics for me so I scanned in the control panel and I scanned in one side of the art - my scanner stopped scanning so will scan the other soon. I also threw the PDF template from thinkgeek in there too.
