Title: Rowe Ami R90 series error code 37

Hi All, could anybody help me with a problem that I am having with my R90 series carousel. There is error code 37 showing. I have replaced the inner cam switch as suggested and tried clearing the error codes using 666 then 699 but it is still showing. Is there anything else that I need to Do? Thanks in advance

Check that the spade connections to the cam switches are not touching any other spade (being uninsulated) it is easy to push these together when lifting the mechanism out of the jukebox. If these are not touching and you have adjusted the replaced switch correctly, cleared the codes then there may be a fault on the mechanism control.
