I didn't do any artwork yet for sides and marquee. That's pretty much the only thing left to do.
Specs:
Custom design (I designed in SketchUp Free)
6' tall
25 1/2" wide
3/4" MDF. I used 1x2 popular wood for the ledgers
Two 1x4 pine planks used on the bottom to better support wheels
CP is a bit higher than most cabs, which is intentional due to my height... I'm 6'6".
23" LCD, removed from its plastic shell.
keyboard drawer that extends 18"
Front lower panel is a hinged door using full inset hinges for ease of access
Cab is on 3" wheels... front 2 are free-swiveling and rear 2 are fixed

Looks good. I can barely tell it has a pull out drawer which usually doesn't look well but you pulled it off nicely.
Do you have plans for the artwork already? I've built three arcade machines myself and its always the artwork that I end up not doing:(

Thanks. Unfortunately in the finished pic I did not have the drawer pushed in all the way. It is flush with the front door when fully closed. I haven't yet come up with any plans for the artwork. I am in no hurry for that, though. I'll probably get a marquee printed up in the next couple of months but probably wait on side art.

Thanks. Actually, I did NOT laminate. It just ended up coming out looking that way. I started with a oil-based white primer/sealer and primed everything with a thick roller that ended up giving it a nice texture. Technically you should do that at least twice but I only did it once because I was in a hurry. Then I put on 2 coats of black latex semi-gloss satin finish using a smooth/semi-smooth roller. If I had more time and wasn't in such a hurry, I might have done it a 3rd time. I've already got to touch things up a bit here and there as some of the paint has scraped off when removing the CP several dozen times. I probably should have shortened the sides of the CP a little more for better clearance, and I wonder if I should have used an egg-shell finish instead of satin. I don't know much about about. I also wonder if I should coat everything in some sort of sealant. Again, this was all done rapidly because I had to get it in the basement as quickly as possible to keep my adult-supervision (wife) from boiling over. Let's just say she was not happy about not being able to park her car in the garage for 1 1/2 weeks in the dead of winter.

Running Windows 7 with HyperSpin, RocketLauncher, and LEDBlinky. Using MAME 0.192 (I think) and AAE (for vector games).
