Can anyone tell me the procedure for upgrading to the newest version of MAME for windows?

So, we've got d3d blitting... what does that mean to the end user?  Is it an incremental step to something else intrinsically more valuable. (i.e. buy me a clue please =P )

It means He's gets RESULTS!

No it means that games like Blitz will run alot quicker and easier to code 3d games.  (IE Wayne's Gretzky Hockey)

God shmod I want my monkey man!   I mean, I just want Cruis'n to work like i remember in Spaghetti warehouse when I was in high school....  <sniff>
