Title: Megatouch ion 2010 games
Post by: freshfitz on February 22, 2021, 11:22:12 am
I loaded a Megatouch force ION with 2010 and 2010.5 neither have run 21 in it. Did they get rid of run21 after a certain year?

i know for sure it's on 2011, so i don't think it's been removed...

go into the operator screen and into the game list see if maybe it's been disabled.

It's absolutely not there run 21 and zip 21, I even re-loaded a new hard drive.  I sware they were on the force 2009.

I wish there was a game list for the years

If its not in there, then you might have got a oregon key or some other region key that is stripped down. Press the spinning hand in the top left corner and take a pic of the screen so i can see what region key you have.

I assume you meant the round thing in the top right hand side of the game?

it's a reader for a player key. it stores your login info on the key so when you play a game, you can just scan your key (hold it on the button for a few seconds) and it automatically puts your info in so you don't have to manually enter it each time (high scores...logging in for online things etc.)

You can also use a operators key so you don't have to manually open the machine up to press the operator setup button.

So any 945GC motherboard will work in an ion game? Or is there a specific model? Thanks
