This is all I get at that site now:
Server License Expired
Please ask your server administrator to install the license.
If you are the administrator, please login to the administration.

Site isn't going anywhere anytime soon
alright, now we know that "anywhere soon" is 5 months.
I'll add that definitive measurement to "in a bit" and "quick as we can"

Didn't know my site was that popular!
My vps provider reset my server and the webserver didn't come up automatically. Back up now

Don't sweat it Mike. These guys should have grabbed them off the site you went out of your way to obtain and manage at your own costs. These very section was supposed to be dedicated to these support manuals, yet they were too lazy to add them.

I see that your website is fully operational again. :)

Any chance of getting the Service Bulletins posted?
I found many of them here:

Someone would need to email them to Mike. He doesn't have access to merits old servers. He just obtained the domain and put every manual he could find on his server. Sadly, unless someone has them archived, they are gone forever because Merit didn;'t give a rats @$$ about their customers or their products when they were no longer making money off them.
