Title: Nsm firebird er 74 CD wont play and it doesnt seam to be getting power to the CD

I just got this jjukebox today knowing that it didnt fully work but I've been digging into it all afternoon and there doesnt seam to be any power getting to the while CD player part of the box. I looked at the circuit boards and there seams to be a cable missing but I'm not completely sure I was wondering if someone could tell me if there should be 4 pin plug coming out of the back circuit board marked CD and going into ST2 of the smaller circuit board behind the right CD trays.
