Title: ROWE Ami CD 100 jukebox will not allow me to enter numbers to play, help

I have replaced battery and did full initialization. Error code comes up 14-04. At one point I had message reading Priority 00. Cannot play CD

14-04 indicates factory defaults are requested to be manually loaded.

Put it into service mode with the service switch. Turn off power to the jukebox with the power switch. Hold down the 1 & 0 on the keypad. Turn the power switch back on and wait until the display reads defaults loaded. Then you can release the 1 & 0. You may have to initialize the CD's again.
