Title: No reply from Happs?

I sent Happs an email asking for a quote on delivery to Australia for a couple of different items last Wednesday and have heard nothing from them.

Has anybody else had this problem?  Is there a way to get the delivery costs?  They want all my credit card details on the online shopping without letting me know the total cost.

Any help will be much appreciated.
