I ordered a two player bartop arcade kit from MonsterArcades. I never received a email receipt or any confirmation at all. But the payment went through. Three or four days later the owner emailed me with the psd files for the art. Nothing in there about if it shipped, when to expect it, a tracking number, etc. I replied asking an audio question - I didn't want to bug him about the shipment since the website says they ship within "3 - 5 days." i never heard back on my audio question, either. I finally just sent an email asking if it's been shipped. So, okay, they're not good with customer service. Not a big deal.
But does anyone know if this is standard operating procedure with MonsterArcades? I know they're legit - I just want to know if anyone else had this experience, or had to wait a long time. I'm okay with waiting, just would like to have an idea when. I have a trip coming up in the next week.
If you've bought from them and have an idea of what time frame I'm looking at, please let me know. Thank you very much!

I've bought from them, a pedestal DIY. Shipped within a few days, recvd quickly, like 3 days on east coast. this was right before Christmas time. I used the number on their website to text with them, that seemed responsive.

I bought a wood 4 player control panel
2 day shipping took 5 days but got it. Shipping was a little high.
