Took my first stab at a cabinet and build a bartop based on LeapinLew's Widowmaker (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=65651.0). I wanted to do one back in college and never had the time/space/tools needed to get started. Finally broke down and started buying parts last November and have slowly been working on it and am close to having it finished. I first designed it in Sketchup and dug right in. Luckily a friend's uncle does a lot of woodworking and allowed me to borrow his garage and tools to work on it. I decided to base it on LeapinLew's bartop and have a two player setup (6 buttons each) and two pinball buttons on each side. At first I just had one, but decided to add a second. I really enjoy visual pinball and hope to build a pinball cab in the future if I can convince myself to put a TV/Monitor (or multiple ones) in a dedicated pinball machine. I put together some basic artwork in inkscape and have sent it off to Darkniyt to be printed. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
I'll attach some pictures below to show it off. Hope you all enjoy. Now to dig in and keep customizing the software. If anyone has got CPWizard or a similar viewer to work with MALA/MAME, let me know. I've got it working somewhat, but not too well.

That looks great. I'm working on something very similar. I can't really tell from the pics but is the CP and frame all one piece? I also used Kreg Jig but I'm worried the CP is too heavy and could break off.

The bottom piece is all one piece. Basically in the shape of a T.

That's slick! I am planning on doing a two player bartop with my leftover parts from my upright build and this clearly addresses the width problem for 2 players on a bartop. What joysticks and buttons did you use?

Joysticks: Sanwa JLW-TM-8
Buttons: Original Happ Horizontal pushbutton

Looking good, but I would paint the piano hinge black. ;)

The artwork showed up and looks pretty good. I wasn't able to get the outlines lines up perfectly, but pretty close. The black on the marquee didn't show up as solid black and you can tell if you look close. But that may just be an overall issue with black. Also, the CPO was about a quarter inch short width wise, but i went ahead and went with it and you can't really tell unless you look very close. Just need to spray the hinges black and put latches or something to secure the control panel. And then the constant work of getting the software to look the way I want.

Great job! Looks very clean to me in the photos. I like the simplicity of the CP.
What type of paint/sheen did you use for the black?

I just used a spray paint and put couple of coats of primer, followed by a couple coats of semi-gloss black and then one or two coats of clear coat. Turned out pretty well, but I definitely see why people use laminate or vinyl.

I'm really enjoying it. It turned out pretty well. Lot of little nit-picky issues that I notice, but most likely would need to be pointed out for anyone else to notice. Definitely learned many lessons and would like to build a bigger one or hopefully a virtual pinball machine next. Thanks a ton for your help.
