Title: Trackball data added to Spinner Turn Count wiki page.

I posted some info over at the wiki (http://wiki.arcadecontrols.com/wiki/Spinner_Turn_Count). I thought I'd figure out the Effective Tooth Count (teeth that pass the optical sensor per 360 degree rotation) for a few trackballs.
