You want to go to the Seeburg jukebox forum here:

http://jukeboxaddicts.proboards.com/ (http://jukeboxaddicts.proboards.com/)

Talk to Mr. Ron Rich there. He is the Seeburg jukebox expert and has written several Seeburg jukebox repair books as well as designed some modern replacement circuit boards for them.
