Might be slightly off topic but are these emulated? And if so which emulator?

The older cga megatouch and touchmaster games are emulated in mame.
Anyhting XL and newer are not.

Some of the older XL level games are emulated on the FORCE hardware with a version of dosbox.
That could lead to a future breakthrough in the emulation of DOS based XL hardware,
but it's probably unlikely due to a lack of interest.

The "TOUCHMASTER" series of games on the nintendo DS include a large number of touchmaster and megatouch games.

I'll have to try that out when I get my NCR 7401 running again. Thanks for the info!
