Appreciate the post of the model, but unfortunately none of the dimensions are readable, since the forum shrinks embedded images... :(
You might try attaching the file instead of linking to it, since attachments can have a higher resolution.
I extracted the photobucket URL and looked at it that way, but other, less computer savvy visitors may not figure out that workaround.

Just drag the image into the address bar and it will open it full res. ;)

I usually just zoom to 150% with explorer.

Main peices of the backbox have been cut, also made a router template for the DMD and speakers.
