Popeye was one of my favorites growing up. Glad to see the cab get restored. Makes me want to get one also.

Yeah, it's been over a year since I looked in on this thread. Really nice work. I've recently purchased a cheap Vs. Hogan's Alley cab that was originally a Popeye. I'm getting itchy to restore it now, after reading this thread :)

FYI, if you've got any leads on a Popeye bezel, I'm all ears. I've even got a DK bezel to trade for it.
Man, will my cab EVER be finished?
