| USB Hub |

I am considering buying two UltraStik 360 joysticks. I know that these joysticks hook up via USB cables. My concern is that I might run out of USB ports. My question is what happens if I get a USB hub to enable myself to plug in more USB devices into. Does this affect the performance of the USB devices? Like because the devices are running through a hub, does that delay any signals or any other performance effects I should be aware of? |

I'd go for a USB-pci card instead. They are probably cheaper that a hub. Good luck. |

Your signal will have to go through additional switching in the hub before going to your PC, however that additional time will be much shorter than you can comprehend. I wouldn't worry about. Control inputs are very, very, very VERY low bandwidth so you wouldn't need to worry about overloading a single USB port with lots of connected devices on hubs so long as they wern't storage devices. |

My U360s are on a powered hub and I've never had a single issue. |
| Necro:
Just get a self-powered hub. |
