As far as I can see there's just one way it can possibly be on. I checked the voltages again, it was a bit high but I got it down to 5.05, still nothing though. I keep hoping there's just something stupid I'm forgetting here. If SF really doesn't need -5v then I am at a complete loss. |

got a photo of the jamma connected to the pcb? unless your jamma has a key way its very easy to plug in the wrong way round very few game boards require -5,some need -5 for sound and some others used it for graphics maybe we are looking at the wrong thing,try turning up the brightness/screen volts a little to see if you get anything on screen |
