No the exact supply is not necessary since you have stripped your cab. A general purpose ATX supply will give you all the 5 V and 12V power you need. You can also take the 12V and 5V power from extra drive connectors on the ATX supply that you have for your computer. You can only power your marquee light from a 12V or 5V source if you switch to PC lighting or LEDs. You can even use a flourescent if you get one of the 12V type used for camping. They have a HV PS built in that allows it to work on 12V. It is not easy to tell you the exact PS that you need unless you say exactly what you are going to be using in your cab.
