Is it possible that you played a conversion cocktail cabinet? Could it have been a Missile command converted to Atari Football for instance? Just a thought... :dunno |

You're talking crash era, so cabs got converted all the time. |

There were a lot of cocktails out there around that time. If the original wasn't making money, it would only take a few hours to cut it up and make it something else. I was just thinking Missile Command because it already had a trackball. I didn't look at the cab to verify it would match your description. |

Looking through different tables this table would be a likely candidate if a conversion was made...... http://cgi.ebay.com/Atari-Millipede-Cocktail-Table-Arcade-Game_W0QQitemZ260511985342QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item3ca7b96ebe This would also explain why I remember the roller ball being under the screen, which did make game play a little more difficult due to the lack of space around the ball. :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: |
