This ad is for a working Addams Family for $1800 obo.  My feeling is that he is hoping to get the price run up.

To me obo used to mean best offer less than asking price.  Am I the only one who thinks this?  My guess is this is best offer over asking price.

He's probably looking to incite a bidding war, but if not, I'd give him the $1,800 and take it no questions asked.
