Ms. Pac-Man PANIC Need HELP :(

Ok turned out the monitor was bad so after hooking the game to a good monitor I see the following.  There are basically 4, very distorted screens displayed at once.

There are no hardware hacks on this board that I can see.

Any suggestions?

HA!  Look at this BS!  Twobits converter board.  WHAT THE F.....  I can't even find anything on the ABC board, just the Super ABC board... Oh BROTHER I GOT HOSED!

I don't think you got hosed.

You might have the problem you cited, or you might have "horizontal collapse" on the monitor...

Have you considered getting another monitor?
