Who needs monitor cap kits?
« on: November 04, 2009, 05:24:27 pm »
After the success of my "who needs cam locks" ordeal, I find a need for capacitors.  I'm sure other people need them too!

I'm going to order a mass amount of them shortly for the following monitors:

Sanyo EZ-20

WG K4600

WG K4900

WG K7000

Other lists of choices would be anything listed in the Mouser Cap Lists thread in the Monitor forum.

The caps included in this package would be hi-temp 105 degree caps, not their 85 degree cousins.

The price of each kit will vary and I'll have final numbers soon.

By doing it this way I can pass on savings to you guys, not only for the kits themselves, but for shipping.   I can put at least four or five bags into a flat rate box.  If you only need one I can ship 1st Class.

Any questions?  PM me.

Right at this very moment I am in need of quite a few K4600 kits.  I will be ordering in the next 24 hours.  Anyone that wants one, the price will be $7.00 each.

I'd also be happy to sneak in any other kit with the order, price would be dependent on which kit you need.

The original post dates back to 2009. Is the offer still even on the table?

Take a look at http://www.therealbobroberts.net/caps.html.

He's a really great guy.

Don't remember anyone having a negative experience when dealing with him.

I still sell cap kits, yes!  I even have a storefront:

http://www.highscoresrepair.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=9_8

Just the ones on the site, at this moment.
