HAHAHAH!!! Isn't an industrial dishwasher at around 200 degrees? I know my home dishwasher gets up to around 180 during the sanitary cycle. It's so hot that I can't handle the dishes until they've cooled off for a while.

Yeah, not to mention that the cleaning solution used in those is pretty unfriendly to skin...

Yeah, but given the condition and age of that particular machine, I wouldn't be surprised if it was 220 or more. Dude was injured pretty badly. Never did see him again or hear about him. Dumbass.

Ah, one of those old fashioned steam dishwashers... Or is this a 220, 221, whatever it takes kind of deal?
