Taxi...rise from your grave!

Jeff AMN:
I bought this game non-working and in a condition where it was dirtier than a Hollywood starlet. I did the full teardown, clean, and rebuild treatment for it, and I fixed every little issue. All that's left to do is to replace that one dirty post sleeve I missed and put on new drop target decals. All in all, it's a beauty now. Some before, during, and afters:

Before

During

After

What I did:

- Fixed all broken switches, bad solder joints, board issues, etc.
- Completely disassembled the playfield, cleaned every inch and part
- Replaced every lamp and rubber ring
- Installed LED lights in the inserts
- Installed a new shooter rod
- Rebuilt the flippers
- Cleaned cabinet interior and exterior
- Cleaned, polished, and waxed the playfield surface
- Installed keyless entry for the coin door
- Installed new pinballs

I saw that on your Silverball webpage.  Very nice work.  I am also impressed that you dont charge ungodly prices for your machines even after the restoration process.  I wish we lived within a day's driving distance from each other because if that were the case, I would venture to say you and I would do business someday.

Again, very nice.

Yeah, I don't aim to make a living out of cleaning machines up, I just like to make a few dollars that I can roll into the next project. Also, I love seeing people be able to afford a solid machine that should stay clean and functional for years to come. I've sold several machines to first time owners and it's a treat to see them get so excited.
