as long as that isnt an issue, it should be easy. you can use a razor blade to cut the artwork around the holes, just take your time. as for the plexi, clamp it to the wood and use a flush trim router bit to cut the holes, it works great.

heres what worked for me cause i made the same mistake by deciding to use plexi after i had built and drilled the cp.
take your Plexiglass and bolt it to your cp first. then flip the cp over and place it on another piece of wood at least 1/2 thick.
this will almost always stop you from breaking the PG as you try to drill it.
then I just used a sharp 1 1/8" spade bit that has the small teeth on the outside edge of the bit. Now this part is funny. The best and cheapest place to find these bits is big lots. Otherwise just order one from harbor freight tools.
I will say though that the big lots ones are better quality (amazingly) and their cheaper too.
