Indiana Jones Price - WMS vs Stern
« on: September 23, 2009, 09:03:34 am »
With a new Stern IJ, I would have thought that the average price of the WMS IJ would go down some.

Have you all seen any change in asking / selling price of the WMS IJ in the last six months?

I sorta like the Williams one but the license definitely drives the price way higher than the game would otherwise demand.

I've played both and the Williams one is much better. The Stern one has a cool toy with the Ark, but it's all flash and no substance. DMD fans really like the Williams game, but early SS fans find it to be too stop and go for the most part.

Pinballjim just hates almost everything.

So what is your response to those who like the alpha's and the EM games? For god sake its 2009, you should be passed that '71 Fireball by now....  :timebomb:  :tool:

I own an IJ and I am a Mark Ritchie fan. Although I am not a Steve Ritchie fan. IJ has some flow and stop and go. if you like fast balls and the fan design... you need not apply. If you like a good mix of flow and stop and go. IJ:TBA you'll like it.

I've not played the stern but I've heard its an abomination.
