I have the DOS for Dummies quick reference book. Had that book for who knows how long. I use it all the time when writing bat files. www.freedos.org too:) BTW, you would be happier with windows on your cabinet, especially if you want to take advantage of windows only features of mame. |

OK cool, thanks for that. I originally wanted to run just MAME32 with XP so I might do that ( or maybe front end it with MAMEWah, it looks kinda cool & everyone seems to love it ). |

shouldn't there be a silent switch on there? or is the Y sufficient? Rampy |

the /Y is the yes confirmation. so it wont ask you anything --BINGO! Either that, or I was attempting to say "before" but it was too many letters to type-- nuking it all. not that it cant be undeleted anyway. |

I remember when undelete didn't exist... (and that may be saying alot for someone that is still in college). I still have the DOS book that came with my first computer. It's like an inch thick. I used that thing all the time! I used to call it my computer bible. I even remember when DOS 6.0 came out... I can't believe I was actually excited. How lame is that? :P |
