So I just bought a set of arcade twinsticks....

It arrived June 18. It weighs a fricken ton. I kid you not when I say it weighs more than I do. It was not easy for me being a small girl to carry it home from the post office. If I didn't have a friend with me, I would not have made it back. My arms went numb after a few minutes of carrying it, and my back hurt.

It came complete in it's metal triangle casing.

The 2 connectors, are apparently where I need to connect everything to.
One is a 5x3 grid of pins, top left pin missing. One is a 3x2 grid of pins, top middle pin missing. (intentionally missing for orientation I mean) Anyone know which pin corresponds to which inputs?

It's MSB version 3.3

It looks like one of the ground wires with a =O on the end that you screw into the box, the O part broke off. Not a big deal, I'm sure I can fix that

Oki, so I can account for:

Big (Sticks) connector
Row A
1 <BLANK> = Empty
2 Brown + White = Right Stick, Right direction
3 Blue + White = Right Stick, one of the buttons
4 Pink = Left Stick, Left direction
5 Purple = Left Stick, Down direction

Row B
1 White
2 Green + White = Right Stick, Up direction
3 Fuchsia + White = Right Stick, one of the buttons
4 Light Orangy, brownish? = Left Stick, Right direction
5 Blue = Left Stick, one of the buttons

Row C
1 Pink + White = Right Stick, Left direction
2 Purple + Black = Right Stick, Down direction
3 White
4 Green = Left Stick, Up direction
5 Fuchsia = Left Stick, one of the buttons

Small (START) connector
Row D
1 White = I'd assume START
2 <BLANK>
3 Green = Thick Grounding Wire

Row E
1 Yellow = START
2 Blue + White = I'd assume START
3 Pink + Black = START

That accounts for everything
Though I need to find out which button is which
Is the white ground or voltage? I'd assume voltage, as ground doesn't work in my mind. Plus there is the green grounding wire already.
And what wire does what for the start button? Is there a light in there, so it needs another ground+voltage?

Of course I remember now that the sticks aren't analog, after I made the pic

I also need help finding the other gender of these molex connectors

Any thoughts/help/suggestions?

I intend to solder the other molex connectors onto a 360 controller so I'm not soldering to this artifact.

What game was this control panel from?  ("MSB" short for...?)

If the molex connectors have pins (hard to tell from the pics, but looks like it to me), they're the "male" half. 

Not sure exactly how you're going to connect this to the xb360 controller.  In your picture you mention "analog sticks".  but your descriptions show them as digital (8way/4way) sticks.  With the number of wires, I'll assume they're digital, and you want to connect to the two analog thumbsticks?  If so, you'll probably need four resistors per stick.  Others who've actually hacked a a xb360 propably will have more info on which resistors to use.

With four wires coming out of the start button, I'll guess two are for lighting it, and two for input.

The game supports digital controls. I can attach the left stick to the solder points on the dpad and the right stick to the face buttons, 2 buttons to the shoulder/bumpers, and the the other 2 triggers to the analog triggers (though that one I'm unclear on)

Hopefully lizard lick will get back to me on the connectors, then I can use my breadboard to track down what each wire does hopefully
