Got enough speakers there? Doesn't it shake the %^&* out of your machine?

I've got everything bolted down pretty solid.  I crank it up pretty loud and I don't get any rattling out of it.  I was worried that it might shake the videocard loose or something, but not yet.  The only thing that buzzed was the two sheets of plexi at the marquee, so I used some double sided window insulating tape behind the retainers at the top and bottom and the buzzing stopped.  I've also got that insulating tape between the monitor and bezel, but that was to keep dust from collecting on the screen.

I had some rather large speakers in my first machine, but they shook the monitor and the picture would jiggle all over the place. Since then I've been weary of large speakers.

I did it at kinkos on paper. It was 10$/sq.ft.  It came out to be $40 and change.  It's 15" X 48".  I guess they didn't charge me for that extra bit (or they didn't get the math right).

No those are JL Audio speakers. That's just hat the logo looks like. They're about the best subs money can buy, but they aren't made by Atari.

As far as I know, Atari hasn't entered the car audio business.  ;)

Wow, I didn't even notice that.  It does look kind of like the atari logo.  AlanS17 is right though.  They are JL audio that I actually got from a friend because he couldn't pay back a loan, so he's the one who hooked me up with almost the entire audio setup.  I just had to get the ac/dc power converter.

I definately got the better end of the deal ;D

Not intended to bump my own post, but I added a neat animated gif of my cab on my website.
I put it in my top post.  Give it a couple seconds.
