Custom Resolution in WinXP with ATI TV-Out?
« on: February 27, 2002, 02:39:12 pm »
Can you use custom resolutions (ie. 384x224) with TV-out on ATI cards in Windows XP?  If so, which cards?  I have an ATI All-In-Wonder Rage128, and I don't know how to set custom resolutions.  I've tried using PowerStrip, but it didn't seem to work.

hmmm rd uses a rather old and brutal piece of code to set the initial screen res.... I'll see what it does when I give it a ntsc sized screen area to work with.  My guess is it'll chage it but when mame boots up it'll go back to win reses.
