MA has a tendency to label anything not obvious with a "50% fault" or "no fault". That way nobody can be blamed and thus both parties can get an increase. ::)

Can they really ding your insurance where you live for getting rear ended? Everywhere I have lived that's a 100% no fault and you can't get an increase on those.

Nah, your rates won't increase if you didn't cause it. But insurance companies love for you to believe that.

Well regardless it's minor enough that I didn't think it was worth the trouble.

got the car paid off.... bought it back from insurance comp. for $125.00
got $2,000.00 cash back. Heading to pull-a- part in the morning. Gathering up a truck load of tools. I was loaned a neat tool... Its a 12.4 volt 3/8" cordless impact gun. with 2 batteries.
I have grabbed all the tools I could think of.
I have to go cordless  I called , I can not bring in a generator and air compressor
It is like Xmas morning to me,
I have $700.00 cash on me. I whole set of new tools (200+pcs Craftman)
corless drills with nut drivers (2 craftman 19volt)
corless screw driver with a case of bits (for the dash)
I plan on being there till they kick me out
we are heading out in 2 full size trucks and a trailer.
I plan on getting to the Chrysler concords, E150 ford vans, and 1980's Toyota pick ups
If you have time ...check out the price list.. CHEEP!
