If you connect with the JAMMA edge connector, follow the links above. Tekken 3 can use either. |

Just to confuse matters even more if it is JVS then you can use a [JVS-PAC] for your controls, |

It has both vga and jamma connectors(its currently connected with jamma) |

do you have pictures of your set up? I've never seen one dual wired before, you might have a JVS set up with a jamma I/O adapter. How are you connecting the Tekken 3 board? if its through the jamma edge connector the JPAC will work for your application even if it is using an I/O adapter |
