Would you make this trade?

I have a 1984 Black Pyramid.  it is 100% working but the playfield has some serious wear and some paint chipping.  It really doesn't effect the game.  The cabinet also has some paint peeled off from a bad packing tape job.  I've listed it on CL for $500 a few times with no bites.  I relisted today at $450 and got a few bites.  One of them is a trade for a 1986 Road Kings.  The pinball value website shows these as similar value.  Assuming his pin had some standard playfield wear, i was gonna offer him $100 on top of my pin, $150 if his was in great shape.  I am eager to get rid of the Black Pyramid, I really don't like it, what is the most you would pay?  He would also be delivering and picking up.

I think your offer sounds fair. Road Kings definitely looks like a better game, but is probably one of the weakest sys11 pins.
