Just sign up to receive their newsletter/coupons . I get that "20% off one item" coupons about once a week  ;D

They also send their 15% of total , bout once a month.

I got a local store less than 5 min away  ;D

For those still interested and concerned, I just used the printed coupon at my local store.

Don't buy anything other than small disposable items there.  I have learned the hard way several times that anything of any complexity is cheap and dangerous.  Anything that needs quality will snap on the third use.

while i agree some things there are cheap.. not all.

i bought a chicago tools circular saw about 2 months ago.. it has a laser guide.

think i paid 35.99 for it.

i actually love it, it's been great, has plenty of power, the saw blade it came with was even pretty good makes nice clean cuts in 2x4, 2x8 and osb flooring.

on the other hand i did buy a heavy duty D handle drill.. also chicago tools, the thing is a beast, lots of power which i needed for some masion bits i was using.

the drill seems great except they cheaped out on the screw on handle for your off hand.. the damn thing snapped the first day.. the drill still works great but is hard to use without the screw on handle.

so i agree some things are junk there you can find some good deals, that drill if i can find a replacement handle not plastic it's otherwise a great drill for the 20 or 25 bucks i think i paid.

exactly.  I have a sawzall that I bought like 7 years ago.  I dismantled an entire car with it, have beaten the crap out of it and it still runs like new.  Now, I bough the heavier one, but I paid $35 for it and I will still put it up against anything anyone on the forum has.

A lot of people like them for disposables, and I can see that for sandpaper, etc but blades are a bad idea, IMO.  their blades are garbage for pretty much anything other than a chop saw blade I bought once.  All other blades lasted 2 cuts or less for me.
