Sure I did not do the stuff myself, was a little bit intimidated and did not have the time needed right now to finish it. 
I thought i would list the stuff that was done on my machine and post a price that he charged me to see if I got a fair deal.

As for the web site, thanks I missed that impotrant fact. I can't beleive I missed it.

Funny that the lady that proofed my menus missed that, being a english professor.

But I guess for explaination sake, they could be pan fried then grilled?  LOL
