Something is wrong with you dude. Get it diagnosed. People just don't randomly pass out on the shitter.

Maybe he was potty trained by someone with a nasty sense of humour.

"Most" people just don't pass out on the toilet. And he isn't going to get a diagnoses of vasovaginal synopsis, or whatever, from his next damn fortune cookie. He needs to keep going to the doctor, fully explaining his symptoms, to get a full diagnosis.

HA!!

I completely agree. Only a qualified physician can help him out. I've been saying that the whole time. He needs to see different doctors. No doctor can diagnose everything.

I always thought he was straining and bust a blood vessel in his heart/brain.

well seems like 3 things are messing with me.
I am going for a CT scan on my liver.
abnormal liver enzymes (maybe the tingeling in arms and legs)
high blood pressure. ( Dr. Hamilton raised my dose to 50mg 2 times a day)
3rd thing is some 5 dollar word I can not remember.
it is something to do with my brain not telling my hart I need more blood to the brain.

Dr Hamilton said he gets this from when I told him I pass out when sitting or going to the bathroom

I asked him if he was sure? I then told him I would fill bad and grab a puff off my wife's inhaler. I would fell better.

He grinned at me and said my lungs are fine. Yes the inhaler expands the lungs, but that is not what made me fill better. The inhaler also speeds up the hart and that forced blood to my brain.

"...and knowing is half the battle!"

The other half being cool colored lasers and no one actually getting hurt.

I wish you luck towards a speedy recovery.

Ditto.  Sounds like you're on the right track.

A buddy of mine had a heart transplant.  Whatever nerves tell the heart to speed up in response to activity no longer work, so it takes a few minutes for the chemical triggers to kick in.  He has to work up to strenuous activity slowly.  Have you tried that?
But wasn't it fun to think you won the lottery, just for a second there???

I wonder why no CT scan of your brain ? Sounds like the other suspicious organ in this scenario. Cheaper than an MRI.

Brain scan is in the works. ( I personally asked Doc's to slow down... Co Pays are killing me with non regular pay checks)

Here is a copy of a personal email I sent to a fellow member. It explains best what is going on at the moment. .....

the test on my liver is Friday. (08-07-09)
I went to heart Doc today. I never saw him after the cathater in my leg.   All I was told was my heart looked great.....
Today,  I found out he saw blockage in the vain in my leg. But as he was talking to me somebody needed him VERY BAD!
He looked at me with such a look I could tell he was in a spot!

I told him I was on vacation for the next 3 days... He looked at me and said be back here tomorrow at 1:30 shook my hand and left the room.

all I know is tomorrow I go in and get a blood pressure thing strapped to my legs and arms at the same time.

He needed to wait for my main artery to heal in my leg... before he could do this test.

Each blood test tests for a specific thing...I had viral arthritis and it took them so many vials of blood to find out I lost count...I felt like I was feeding a coven of vampires.

I gotta say congrats for the change in attitude and not giving up on the medical system...the fact that you are going and not missing appointments is a good thing...do it for your family but most of all do it for yourself so you can continue to enjoy the finer things in life like this hobby of ours! ;)

I know I'm way late to this thread, but the lightheadedness, headaches, and tingly extremedies sure sounded like stroke(or at least TIA) to me(I'm coming up on 1.5 years recovery from what I have been told was a very massive one) and essentially the comments about lack of blood to brain are very in line with that and listening to the blood vessels in your neck indicate that Dr thinks there are issues with blood supply to the brain.  I'd listen very closely to those docs; their suggestions will probably be the most effective in making this go away for good.  You sure are on the right track now.  Some of the guys were a bit harsh there for a while, but you seem to be well on your way to getting whatever this is under control now.  If you do end up having a full stroke, I could give you a fair amount of advice on how to recover if you need/want it.  You are much more fortunate than I was; you got some advanced warning something was wrong.  I just woke up one day (Dec 11,2007 to be exact) and, Bam!  Stroke!

Sounds like you're on the right track to getting better now though.  I wish you all the best and will keep you in my prayers.
